The Kalanchoe (pronounced Kal-un-KOH-ee) is a highly popular and incredibly diverse genus of tropical succulents native primarily to Madagascar and Africa. Belonging to the Crassulaceae family, Kalanchoes are loved for their ease of care, striking geometric foliage, and their unique ability to produce spectacular, long-lasting floral displays when most other plants go dormant.
